After more than 15 years of IN GYM experience, more than 10 years of fitness modeling, constant bookings, client transformations, and a keen understanding of what it takes to make up a confident and secure human being, Rob Eco founded In Life and Fitness, mainly in contrast to the popular belief that it had to to be all or nothing. “The quest to ones best self doesn’t need to be one where you fall out of a place of living in order to accomplish your goals; there IS an area of gray that makes room for progression, both ‘IN LIFE and FITNESS’.”
MISSION STATEMENT
”l’ve been wildly insecure, lacked confidence in myself, peoples skills, struggled with dating, anxiety, and even depression. I’m no doctor, but found a cure for all of the above; it came in simply having a regimen. A structure. Something that I could build my day around. You need to start with ONE brick if you want to build a house.”
